Two-trunk demonstration table with sockets MDF and HPL

The table is intended for demonstration work and arrangement of the teacher's workplace.

Design:

The table frame consists of two vertical metal supports made of a rectangular pipe and sheet metal, interconnected under the tabletop and under the pedestals with metal jumpers. Each support rests on a horizontal support of a planar type with adjustable legs. The tabletop is rectangular in shape. The space under the table is formed by two pedestals with drawers, between which two open niches are located.

Equipment:

5 drawers: 2 drawers with facades 294 mm high; 3 drawers with facades 146 mm high. Above the three small drawers there is a mortise triple socket block. The drawers are mounted on telescopic guides of full extension, length - 500 mm. Two open niches are provided.

The table is mounted on adjustable supports.

Materials:

The frame is made of a 50×25 mm steel rectangular tube, wall thickness - at least 1.2 mm. The side elements of the frame - sheet metal 1 mm thick. The table top - MDF 16 mm, covered with HPL plastic, radius of rounding of the ends 8 mm, the ends are sanded. The body, facades, shelves and drawers are made of laminated chipboard with a thickness of at least 16 mm. The facades are covered with a PVC edge with a thickness of at least 1.0 mm; body — with PVC edge not less than 0.5 mm.

Frame color: vanilla (RAL 1013), gray (RAL 7035), graphite (RAL 7024), accent according to the MES guideline: orange (2004), burgundy-purple (RAL 4004), mint-turquoise (RAL 6033)

Color of chipboard: vanilla.

Color of HPL: vanilla / graphite.
