A high-quality desk with a pedestal is made of durable laminated chipboard, 16 mm thick. The ends of the chipboard are covered with a 0.5 mm thick PVC edge, the ends of the tabletop are covered with a 1 mm thick edge. The formaldehyde emission class of the material used to make this desk is E1. This makes this material absolutely safe and approved for furniture used by children.
